Express Rocks!

The Express Rocks! program was a huge part of the brand’s online presence, both dotcom and social media. I worked on evolving the branding for the program as well as helped to direct, shoot and edit content videos. We partnered with CD102.5 (Columbus’ independent radio station) to shoot the Big Room sets and worked on events like college tours and SXSW.

The Big Room was a large content builder for Express. I ran any set direction for Express crews in absence of the Creative Director. Responsibilities also included recap and full video cuts, social cut downs, light animation and grading work.

The brand also did a number of shows at colleges in tandem with a pop up Express shop.

I also was on location in Austin for SXSW 2013 for the EXPRESS showcase. My responsibilities included location/set direction, editing, grading, and music selection.
